The best day at work I’ve ever had was: My best day of work is any day a new collection arrives. We do 3 major releases a year and I can't describe the excitement I feel when I see it for the first time. It is a 10 month project of blood, sweat, tears and love. The 360 brand is about creating. It’s a collaboration of many people I am so lucky to work with.

The best excuse I’ve ever had for missing work was: Even my days off are spent working. In a family where everyone works for the company we are all about business 24/7.

My favorite celebrity style: Olivia Wilde, Kendall Jenner, Olivia Palermo, Jamie King, Sienna Miller, and of course, my best friend Jodi Johnson.

My work day soundtrack usually involves: Anything that gets me up and dancing and keeps me awake during long design meetings.

I can’t live without: MY FAMILY and my 2 dogs Luci and Cooper.

My favorite city in the world is: New York City.

My personal style can best be described as: Boho meets rocker chic. I love mixing it all up.
